1. Service Cancellations

You may cancel a booked service up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time for a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 2 hours may be subject to a fee.

2. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days.
  • UPI/Net Banking: 2-4 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items/Services

Certain services like emergency call-out fees (once dispatched) or opened medical supplies are non-refundable.

4. Missed Appointments

If you miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("No-Show"), you may be charged the full service fee.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team immediately.
